By accessing or using the USA Certifications website or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older or have parental consent to register. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up.

2. Use of the Site

You may not use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not share your login credentials with others.

3. Course Access

Upon purchase, you receive non-transferable, non-exclusive access to the course material for a defined duration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses.

4. Certification

Certificates are issued upon course completion and passing final exams. You may verify certificate authenticity through our public Certificate ID lookup tool.

5. Content Protection

You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or use any part of our course material outside of our platform without explicit written permission. Unauthorized distribution, AI training, or reuse of course content is strictly prohibited and is a violation of these Terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see below). No refunds are granted after course completion or certificate issuance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any employment outcomes, OSHA audits, or regulatory interpretations based on your course completion. Use of content is at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
